That said, the swap is far from easy and 2ZZs cost about as much as good condition MR-2s do...BUT STILL WORTH IT!

Pretty sure second gen MR2 engines are also a normal swap - that’d be even better.

a common swap is the later 20 valve 4A-GE which is a considerable improvement, more power than the supercharged 4AGZE


I’d totally get it if I was stateside..shipping to Australia would make the whole thing a useless exercise.. besides, the 3sgte in my garage I have other plans for

There’s only space for one car at the place where I’m moving, and that one has to have an engine in it. So I can drive it. That means I already have to get rid of a car before then.
